The charming family-run nature of the hotel shone through, with their exceptional hospitality making me feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the cozy restaurant, where traditional Spanish dishes crafted from high-quality ingredients took center stage; the homemade flam dessert was a true highlight. the hotel's prime location just across the bridge from the historic old town, combined with the stunning views of the castle, made for an enriching travel experience that I would highly recommend.
